POSITION TITLE: CLM Consultant
Describe the scope of the position:
The CLM consultant works proactively with our internal customers(legal Key users) and in close connection with the Bunge Shared Services Operations team to provide 1st level support and 2nd level support for DocuSign(CLM tool). Primary focus will be resolving issues related to e-Signature, Workflow, data entry, assignment of delegates, and troubleshooting end users issues. Will be accountable for documenting issues in ServiceNow queue and document resolutions.
Describe the primary responsibilities of the position:
• Managing L2 issues related DocuSign tool for legal key users globally
• DocuSign admin for managing system access for users.
• Mentoring L1 team members from BBS team and supporting them in resolving L1 issues.
• Documentation of support process and L1 issue resolution guide.
• Work on audit questions as required
• Coordination with DocuSign vendor on various L3 topics and core code changes.

Major: Computer Science / IT / Technology
EXPERIENCE:
• Technical Skills
o Experience in DocuSign modules of CLM, Insight, e-Signature.
o Technical design issue resolution related to DocuSign workflow.
o Domain experience as key user for SoW and contract management.
o Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Soft Skills
o Strong written communication skills
o Ability to document issues as well as resolution
o Strong issue tracking skill mind set
o Will be held accountable for meeting service level agreement (SLA), resolving issues within predefined time frames
o Ability to quickly learn new systems
o Ability to work with other departments regarding roles and responsibilities.
o Ability to be a team-player and willing to work with others toward common goals
o Excellent communications skills and comfortable to interact with US clientele.
o Tech-savvy, personable with natural problem solving abilities
o Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of activities with varying priorities
o Demonstrated discretion and ability to work with confidential information
o Can perform day-to-day work with minimal supervision, and new and/or complex assignments with more detailed direction
o English-speaking proficiency is required; bilingual skills a plus
