Role Purpose Statement (Write a brief statement regarding the objective of the position and why it exists):
Experienced SAP MDG Consultant responsible for designing solutions and managing requirements and resources to deliver MDG project on time for Bunge’s Enterprise Data Management (EDM) program
Main Accountabilities (List 6-8 major areas of responsibilities in order of importance, and purpose of these activities:
• Project coordination and ownership of the design, realization, testing and hyper care support of new MDG implementations
• Requirement gathering with business and domain leads, assistance with data analysis and the reference data, drive data migrations
• Project management assistance, from the IT perspective to EDM Governance Project Manager and EDM Program Manager
• Coordination of requirements and testing (including internal testing assistance) with EDM IT developers and configurators
• Ownership of System Integration and UAT phases with the project team and local key users (planning, scenario build, test script creation, event management)
• Coordination of Security and System requirements from MDG with Security & BASIS teams
• Developing functional specifications from business requirements

• Role is expected to have savings of $ 80- $ 100 per hour
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (Measurable outcomes that the position contributes to):
• On schedule delivery of EDM Projects from IT perspective
• 40+ tickets closure on SAP MDG functional area from operations support of Bunge ASIA, North America, Europe & GGTM
• First time right with no reworks
Major Opportunities and Decisions (Describe the more difficult and/or complex challenges or opportunities and decisions faced in doing work, improving processes or meeting customer needs. Where must position focus to be successful?):
• To contribute to the Continuous improvement(CI) initiatives for EDM
• Work on complex EDM data governance projects, rollouts
Management/Leadership (Describe the level of management and leadership skills required for the role. Identify key specialties, technical and knowledge areas necessary to accomplish responsibilities and desired results):
• Effective in providing direction, guidance, motivation and coaching to a group of individuals with a purpose of achieving specific goals
• Excellent verbal communication skills in general and strong facilitation and presentation experience skills specifically
• Comfortable in defending SAP MDG solutions with peers in EDM governance team
• Ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business
• Strong interpersonal skills
Key Relationships, Stakeholders & Interfaces (External & Internal):
EDM Governance (External), EDM IT (Internal), BBS Team and IT Global and Mohali Team.
Knowledge and Technical Competencies (Identify knowledge and specific technical competencies to accomplish the desired end results. Some examples are licenses & certifications and knowledge and abilities):
• Proven SAP MDG expertise in MDG hub environment with replication to multiple SAP remote systems
• Hands on experience as Project Manager delivering multiple full life cycle SAP implementations (MDG specifically)
• Customer facing skills, including strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and to “drive” project progress and completion
• Functional understanding of MDG domains (Supplier, Customer, Material, Finance)
• Strong team orientation, collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse, globally-dispersed project teams
• Functional knowledge on CVI, DRF framework, data enrichment framework (like address enrichment)

BE/BTECH/MCA or equivalent bachelor’s degree (4 years) with at least 5 years of SAP MDG experience
