POSITION TITLE: Senior SAP SD Consultant
EXPERIENCE: 8 - 12 Years
Describe the scope of the position:
The role requires a senior SAP application expert skilled in the functionality and configuration of SAP SD modules. Basic knowledge of SAP MM is required to manage L1 issue related to procure to pay cycle.
Previous experience in supporting SAP landscape in EU region is preferable.
Describe the primary responsibilities of the position:
Deep understanding of OTC flows.
Functional expertise on SD-Pricing and Billing.
Provide SAP functional expertise for SAP solutions supporting SD areas. This also includes financial integration with “Order to Cash processes.
Responsible as a SD module team member to independently support currently implemented SAP solutions for Europe region.
Must have expertise in below areas of SAP SD.
o Billing & Invoicing
o Idoc/EDI knowledge
o Delivery process
o Order management
o Pricing
o Interface knowledge
o Shipping process
Provide functional support to implemented systems and users in the above areas either locally or remotely in a regional support role.
Assist in the evaluation, definition, design and approval of SAP modifications and enhancements in SD areas.
Support in document, testing, implementation and training of new SAP enhancements, upgrades/releases etc for the areas above.
Provide end-user training including creation/maintenance of training material, conducting training sessions for any new enhancement or change in process.
Responsible to close out defects on solutions designed including analysis, design and documentation of the functional design specifications, test plans and scenarios and coordination of the resolution until defects are closed
Assist in the implementation of related Business Applications from SAP SME perspective.
Provide support for SAP integration to other business applications, web/mobility solutions etc.
EDUCATION LEVEL: Anyone of the below shall do
1 BACHELOR’S DEGREE (4 YR) 2 MASTER’S DEGREE 0 DOCTORATE

EXPERIENCE: (The below are absolutely necessary)
SAP Related
8 - 12 years of experience in SAP Design and Implementation on SD Modules. Experience required on the following sub-modules:
o Advanced knowledge of Order to Cash processes.
o Advance knowledge on SD-Pricing and Billing.
o Knowledge of integration points with other modules such as FI-CO, MM, QM, and PP/PS.
o Strong Knowledge on Inventory Goods movement integration.
o Advance knowledge on account Determination Integration of SD with SAP FI.
o Good knowledge of EDI/IDOC
o Good understanding of EU specific processes related to goods movement/taxation etc.
Must be able to scope and create BPPs (Business Process Procedures) and PDDs (Process Definition Document). These are the necessary documents delivered in Configuration.
Must be able to scope, review, and create functional specifications and assist the development team in writing the technical specifications for SD “RICEF” (i.e. Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancement and Forms).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in general and strong facilitation and presentation experience skills specifically
Strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable in defending SAP solutions with peers forming an SAP governance council
ABAP debugging skills is a plus.
Very detail-oriented person with superior problem-solving ability

Describe the primary responsibilities of the position:
• Primarily focused on ensuring the SAP environment is secure and user access is granted/maintained following the least privilege security strategy and the organizational processes
• Provide SAP Security support for all SAP environments (ECC, Portal, HR, BI, SRM, GRC, HANA etc.) and SAP-related applications in a team member capacity/role
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop, implement and maintain SAP-related application security profiles
• Work with Global SAP Security Team to implement and streamline security standards, communicate project updates and requirements
• Support initiatives to streamline design of security profiles based on best practices
• Assist to develop internal processes for period reviews of validity of SAP roles for all users
• Work with Process, Controls and Audit Teams to identify and outline segregation of duties (SOD) analysis to determine what access levels individuals need.
• Provide support for internal/external audit activities where it relates to SAP Security
• Create and maintain SAP Security documentation resulting from Project/Support/Adhoc changes

Strong knowledge of 10.1/12 GRC Access Control
Strong knowledge of HANA DB Security Administration
Deep knowledge of SAP Security & Administration (ECC, HR, BI, Portal, SRM etc.)
At least 5 years of experience with ECC 6.0
Ability work in a Global Environment independently and within teams (on-site/remote)
General knowledge of SOX and IT controls
Must be able to scope and create process, functional or technical design specifications where it relates to SAP Security
Experience in MDG, SCM, Solution Manager, CRM and Business Objects is also essential
