Role Purpose Statement (Write a brief statement regarding the objective of the position and why it exists):
Position will be responsible for service delivery management and transformation of Procure to pay function from BBS MOH ; individual will be leading a team engaged in service delivery of Accounts payable / transactional procurement operations for different regions within BEMEA / BAS. Identify improvement / automation opportunities within existing process and drive improvement initiatives towards digitalization of PTP function
Main Accountabilities (List 6-8 major areas of responsibilities in order of importance, and purpose of these activities:
• Service delivery management of Accounts payable and transactional procurement operations
• Lead internal / external Audits for SOX / IGAAP and ensuring 100% process compliance as per audit requirements
• Connecting with stakeholders / internal departments to resolve problematic areas impacting the overall process metrics
• Lead / identify projects Six Sigma projects aimed for process improvements / automations
• Monthly governance with internal stakeholders for process areas addressing key issues / challenges and chalking out action plan to address the same.
• People management – talent identification, skill upliftment and retention
• Process digitalization – Identifying improvement automation / digital opportunities and driving the initiatives within the process leading to transformations

• Service delivery Management – Achieving and improving critical business KPI’s

MBA /BCOM or equivalent degree from a recognized institution
12 – 15 years of experience in managing service delivery for procure to pay functions
Minimum Span of control handled – 20+
