Role Purpose Statement (Write a brief statement regarding the objective of the position and why it exists):

 

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team as manager. This role is integral to the SGA (Selling, General, and Administrative) analysis process, involving collaboration with stakeholders, intricate transaction analysis, and the management of complex business models to calculate recharges. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with at least 8 years of experience in SGA analysis, advanced analytics, and a comprehensive understanding of transfer pricing.

 

Main Accountabilities (List 6-8 major areas of responsibilities in order of importance, and purpose of these activities:

 

  • Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial data and forecasts for budgeting.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and investigate any anomalies or discrepancies, providing thorough explanations.
  • Develop and manage complex business models to calculate recharges and invoicing schedules.
  • Perform variance analysis on recharges against budgeted amounts and prepare true ups.
  • Prepare and manage transfer pricing documents.
  • Assist transfer pricing team on preparation of various transfer pricing deliverables, including Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) Master File.
  • Assist in setting up recharge hub CoE to manage all recharges and ensure compliance with transfer pricing rules.
  • Liaison with transfer pricing team on different tasks and projects
  • Utilize extensive experience to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Improve the business process flow on a continual basis utilizing industry leading practices.

Lead transfer pricing and global intercompany recharges.

 

 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (Measurable outcomes that the position contributes to):

 

  • Timely delivery of corporate recharges and true ups.
  • Timely submission of BEPS and other transfer pricing deliverables.
  • Reporting Dashboards (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)

 

Major Opportunities and Decisions (Describe the more difficult and/or complex challenges or opportunities and decisions faced in doing work, improving processes or meeting customer needs.  Where must position focus to be successful?):

 

  • Compliance with Financial reporting timelines by coordination with all process owners.
  • Developing business model to streamline corporate recharges.
  • Setting up InterCompany Recharge Hub in BBS to manage recharges performed across entities.
  • Work with various stakeholders on documentations and agreements for intercompany recharges.
  • To identify and implement process change to bring efficiency.

 

 

Management/Leadership (Describe the level of management and leadership skills required for the role. Identify key specialties, technical and knowledge areas necessary to accomplish responsibilities and desired results):

 

  • Act as key contact person for all internal and external groups (Bunge global, counterparties and statutory team) which affect / are affected by the process.
  • Process understanding and analytical skills to identify the issues in existing processes and upgrade with automation through Macro/RPA/Scripts.

  • Auditor – Internal & External

 

Knowledge and Technical Competencies (Identify knowledge and specific technical competencies to accomplish the desired end results.  Some examples are licenses & certifications and knowledge and abilities):

 

  • Prior experience of transfer pricing would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in agribusiness/commodity trading industry preferred  
  • Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, SG&A analysis and FP&A drivers
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of BI (Business Intelligence) tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant data analytics tools.

 

Education/Experience (Identify types and length of education and experience needed to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to accomplish the desired end results. Some examples are education & training, and years of experience):

 

  • Chartered Accountant or CPA, ICWA, MBA Finance, additional certification in US GAAP or IFRS will be an advantage with 8 years of experience.
