The purpose of the role is to drive Transformation projects, setting up Governance structure around various Projects and GTE process, to build up strategy to transform the process basis identification of right set of shortcomings, Managing risks, influence and interface with the key stakeholders.

  • Analyze processes, complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions

  • Manage Transformation Project delivery, budget, profitability, and scope

Management/Leadership 

 

  • Being on top of any of the shortcomings, providing expertise, suggesting solutions basis the current market situations.
  • Taking key decisions to resolve the issues that would not hamper the over all success and cost of the project.
  • Strategic approach to reorganize the process model, making it more cost and time effective.
  • Standing as a middle management during transition phase.
  • She has a core domain knowledge for GTE which is helpful into deep diving the issues and come across a more insightful idea.

 

 

Key Relationships, Stakeholders & Interfaces 

 

  • A Periodical connect with the Project Sponsors/ owners, keeping them informed about the most recent updates of the project.
  • Regular or almost daily basis liaising with the Process leads and SMEs for current process, future model expectations and to fill out any gaps in the information.
  • Occasionally, to be in touch with IT solution design team for IT implementation projects.
  • Working with the External consultants to get the deliverables, contributing with the expertise on subject matter.
  • Communicating with Local HR and accounting for the resource management and billing.

 

Knowledge and Technical Competencies I

Individual with collaborative and interpersonal communication, and multi-tasking skills, having ground knowledge of Project management, high-level commitment to quality, problem-solving and analytical abilities, and strong project management skills.

 

 

 

Education/Experience 

 

  • Extensive experience into Trade operations for agri-commodities and fertilizers. The domain knowledge has been helpful into executing many of GTE projects in last 2 years. Focus more on non-GTE project to enhance learning into other functions as well.
  • Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Management.
  • Certified Scrum Master.
  • May pursue a learning program to get PMP Certified son.
