Describe the scope of the position:
This position will be part of the PMO Group of Global IT governance organization. The role is in the Global IT team of Bunge Limited, based out in Chandigarh India and is reporting to the Project Manager IT Investment Governance.
The position focuses on Project Management Office for Global IT, Cost benefit analyses, communications. The candidate will lead the evolution and development of Global IT PMO standards, program and portfolio management. This role will establish and maintain consistent project and program management methodology across the IT organization.
The person provides fact-based advice to senior executives the following strategic areas:
- Demand Management,
- Investment Governance,
- Reporting on Project/ Program Management,
- Program Management Office (PMO),

Key desired Competencies / skills and Experience.
To qualify for this highly visible position with excellent career advancement potential for the right professional, candidates must have 5-8 years of experience that encompasses the following:
- Strong program management and PMO skills
- Experience in resource management and budget process
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be extremely resourceful and enthusiastic
- Ability to perform feasibility studies; cost benefit analyses and business case creation
- Ability to create pivot tables, charts, graphs to perform critical analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively
- Provide centralized control, coordination, and reporting of scope, change, cost, risk, and quality across projects
- Good analytical, decision-making, problem solving and organizational skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment
