Principal Consultant - SAP FICO (Cash Management)

This position is based in Mohali, Punjab which is our Global Shared Service Center & will be working in UK Shift 11.30 AM– 8.30 PM having 6-10 years of Hands-on experience with SAP Treasury core components.

Responsibilities & Job Duties

•             Responsible to close out defects/tickets on solutions designed including analysis, design and documentation of the functional design specifications, test plans and scenarios and coordination of the resolution until defects are closed

•             Assist in the evaluation, definition, design and approval of SAP modifications and enhancements in SAP Cash Management area.

•             Support and implementation of new SAP enhancements, upgrades/releases etc.

•             Analysis of business requirements.

•             Design and implementation of full solutions (Including testing and UAT Support)

•             Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.

•             Work effectively with local experts as well as with the business community.

•             Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required

•             Provide detailed transactional information to internal and external auditors as required

•             Provide guidance on technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed solutions when alternative solutions are available

•             Establish good relationships with stakeholders.

•             Able to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance.

•             Identifies and escalates issues and risks within Bunge Global IT structure.

•             Ability to organize and co-ordinate diverse groups in complex situations.

EDUCATION LEVEL:  Anyone of the below shall do: BE/BTech/MBA / CPA / CTP / CFA / CA / DOCTORATE

                                Major: Finance / Accounting / Statistics

EXPERIENCE: (The below are necessary)

Essential:

• 6-10 years of Hands-on experience with SAP Treasury core components (i.e. cash management, APP (Automatic Payment Program) ,EBS ( Electronic Bank Statement ) ,PWM (DME-Data Medium Exchange ) , BCM.
• Good experience of Credit Management, Dispute management, Collection management.
• Strong experience with SAP FICO can be considered along with experience as Finance expert in Treasury department will be counted.
• Solid experience 4-5 years in Production Support environment handling user issue / incidents in SAP FICO, Treasury space
• Experience developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under inter-dependent project deadlines.
• Experience from treasury transformations, vendor selections, TMS implementations.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• General understanding of the relationship among business, protection, technology and industry issues and characteristics.

Desirable:

• Sound understanding of application, security, integration and database architecture, and platforms
• Experience in industry standard automation tools including open source and enterprise options.
• Experience with design and implementation of test frameworks, test repositories and automation scripts
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with technical and non-technical staff
• Strong MS office tools knowledge

Desirable Technical Skills

•             ABAP debugging skill

Functional / Technical Expertise

                Consulting or major corporation treasury or bank treasury experience with focus on technology including treasury management systems, specifically SAP Treasury

Competencies / Abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in general and strong facilitation and presentation experience skills specifically.
• Strong executive presence and good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team and to establish credibility as a trusted advisor with folks in business
• Flexible for travel
