Principal Consultant - SAP FICO

Role Purpose Statement (Write a brief statement regarding the objective of the position and why it exists):
Purpose of this role is to support on daily activities of Bunge ASIA and Europe business from FICO perspective. These activities are related to various legal/audit enhancements, rollouts, projects. 

Main Accountabilities (List 6-8 major areas of responsibilities in order of importance, and purpose of these activities:

•    Assist in the evaluation, definition and approval of SAP modifications and enhancements in FICO and related areas.
•    Design and document functional test plans and scenarios (Unit Testing, IST, and UAT) and work through the testing and validation process with the key users to ensure the functional specifications are implemented in ways that meets the business requirements.
•    Responsible to close out defects on solutions designed including testing and coordination of the testing till defects are closed.
•    Support the training of the SME and coordinate with SME in delivering and supporting SAP solutions.
•    Support in testing and implementation of new SAP releases.
•    Maintain Bunge’s SAP FICO configuration and configuration change documentation.
•    Provide first level support to installed systems and users in the above areas.
•    Working with QA team in successful execution of related scripts and resolve issues, if any.
•    Coordinate end-user training including creation of training material, conducting training sessions.

•    Role is expected to have savings of $ 30- $ 50 per hour.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (Measurable outcomes that the position contributes to):

•    On schedule delivery of Enhancements/Projects. 
•    60+ tickets closure on SAP FICO functional area from operations support of Bunge ASIA and Europe.
•    CSAT survey above 95%.
•    No rework.

•    To contribute to the Continuous improvement(CI) initiatives.

Key Relationships, Stakeholders & Interfaces (External & Internal):

Business stakeholders, BBS Team and IT Global and Mohali Team.

Knowledge and Technical Competencies (Identify knowledge and specific technical competencies to accomplish the desired end results.  Some examples are licenses & certifications and knowledge and abilities):
•    5 - 10  years  of SAP ECC experience with a minimum of 1-2 full-life cycle implementation experience as a SAP FICO expert with configuration experience for large organizations. 
•    Working knowledge of core FICO concepts like General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Asset, Bank, Internal Order, Cost Centre & Cost Element Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis and Profit Centre Accounting.
•    Strong knowledge in the design, configuration and testing of core FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset, Cost center, Internal Order).
•    Solid grasp of FICO integrations with other modules (i.e. SD, MM, PP, etc.).
•    Must be able to scope, review, and create functional specifications and assist the development team in writing the technical specifications for FICO “RICEFW” (i.e. Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancement, Forms and Workflow).

Education/Experience (Identify types and length of education and experience needed to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to accomplish the desired end results.  Some examples are education & training, and years of experience):

CA/MBA(Finance) with domain experience of  more than 5 years in Finance/Controlling area. Preferably SAP certified.
