Role Purpose Statement

Resource will play a critical role as they will direct and oversee contracts throughout their lifecycle. Serving as the liaison between companies, employees, customers, vendors, and independent contractors means contract managers serve as the main facilitators for recommendations, record keeping, monitoring, governing, change management, and more considering the high quality and standards, providing savings and value contribution to Bunge business globally.

Main Accountabilities   

Responsibilities

-              General Contracting and commercial terms knowledge along with an understanding about Obligation and deliverables.

-              Experience in managing and establishing the contract governance processes.

-              Ability to Draft, evaluate, and execute contracts along with manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.

-              Capability to establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters.

-              Managing the supplier spend and analyzing and creating the monthly reports.

-              Governing and delivery of SLA’s & tracking KPI for the suppliers.

-              Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal (as appropriate) with addition to providing contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally and communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders.

-              Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills and ability to meet project objectives within designated constraints.

-              Investigate and resolve price discrepancies with full understanding of price structures.

-              Work as a team player to provide Total Quality Service to internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience           

-              Minimum Education Qualification – e.g. Graduation in LAW or Commerce or MBA.

-              Prior experience of working on the contract management & governance, managing contracts and suppliers

-              Ability to provide high quality level of customer service for end-to-end contract services.

-              Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders.

-              Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, negotiations skills.

-              Strong written & oral communications skills in English.

-              Robust skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
