Job Title:                     Associate Manager - RPA Development

 

Reporting:                   Solution Architect – RPA (Robotic Process Automation)

 

Job Purpose

 

The Candidate will be managing end-to-end activities related to RPA Development while working closely with local operations leaders, process owners and process SMEs to define, develop and deploy new automation solutions and refine and optimize existing solutions.

Responsible for day-to-day transaction processing and assisting the Developers in workload management, supervising In Progress RPA Projects and conducting data & process analysis as required. The candidate will also manage document archiving process, provide enhanced level of customer service to internal and external groups (Bunge Global, Bunge APAC, Counterparties and Statutory teams) and Provide training to other team members on Automation techniques

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying new process opportunities, quickly perform feasibility check and effort estimate
  • Designing automation process solutions in consultation with Solution Architect and in accordance with standard automation design principles and defined best practices.
  • Taking end-to-end ownership and accountability of the assigned projects from definition to delivery phase
  • Continuous communication with SMEs on progress of automation and quickly adapting as per the feedback received
  • Assist developers as per assigned workstream in workload management and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Provide visibility to areas of risks, inter-dependencies of or conflicts with other business units and recommend and/or implement solutions to address any issues/risks or conflicts.
  • Understand and shape leading, and emerging practices based on industry trends and external market intelligence to proactively drive value and high performance for Bunge
  • Ensure Completeness of RPA Project Documents and provide Audit logs to Audit team to make the Audit Process smooth and effective

Knowledge and Experience

Essential:

  • 5+ years of total work experience and 3+ years of work experience in Automation Anywhere RPA Development role with Leading BPO / SSC
  • Minimum Education Qualification – Graduate
  • Demonstrate proficiency with statistical and process management software, such as process mapping software (e.g. Visio)
  • Basic process knowledge in F&A Operations
  • Ability to provide high quality level of customer service
  • Strong written & oral communications skills in English. Knowledge of Asian languages added advantage.
  • Strong problem solving & organization skills
  • Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Access, MS SQL)
  • Deliver at least 5 RPA Process Automation Projects having USD 20,000 and above impact

 

Distinct Advantage

  • Experience working in a BPO/ SSC setup a distinct advantage
  • Prior experience in managing RPA Process automation with high transaction volumes and good knowledge of associated controls and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of Python and other RPA tools like MS Power Automate and Blue Prism would be an added advantage
