What you will be doing as Industrial Finance Partner based in Brzeg?

The Industrial Finance Partner is the local point and main supporter for the plant/location manager(s) on financials. The position is supporting the Plant Manager(s) on identifying and driving potential improvements in the plant, making sure that targets for OpEx, KPIs and CapEx cash-out are reached. The Industrial Finance Partner is also providing accurate data in time (mainly for consolidation systems) and ensuring compliance within given guidelines. In addition, taking the lead in validation and coordination of assumptions for CapEx productivity and growth projects.

This will be done through the following activities:
 

• Cost control and analysis of all plant expenses and KPI’s,
• Provide accurate data for consolidation systems in industrial area (e. g. SAP, One Stream, Tableau, PQSE) in time,
• Lead financial validation process for CapEx projects,
• Lead forecasting and budgeting process for all expenses for the respective plant,
• Perform with Plant Manager plant performance reviews and using report structure to take good decision to improve overall performance.

What do we expect from our future Industrial Finance Partner?

• Experience in financial reporting/control, ideally with industrial reporting background,
• Excellent knowledge of Excel,
• Fluent English,
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP FICO module,
• German skills.
