Then our Procurement Specialist role might be a good fit for you.

 

 

What you will be doing as Procurement Specialist in Brzeg?

 

  • Sourcing execution for a set of local categories (Opex, Capex, MRO, Industrial Services, Technical Gases) in a Cross Functional Team setting;
  • Timely execute sourcing processes, analyse bids; assist in developing sourcing strategies and making recommendations on supplier selection; assist in implementing approved sourcing strategies;
  • Lead supplier selection and negotiations;
  • Maintain required documentation and reporting to supervisors;
  • Lead contract implementation and drive contract compliance for local categories;
  • Work in close collaboration with Technical Materials and Services Procurement Coordinator and BEMEA category managers in order to ensure local acceptance of new contracts;
  • Coordinate contract implementation tasks with Technical Materials and Services; Procurement Coordinator and BEMEA category managers  and Stakeholders;
  • Manage supplier relationships for local categories;
  • Initiate and conduct supplier audits.

 

What do we expect from our future Procurement Specialist?

 

  • University degree;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of English at minimum intermediate level;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Good time management skills.

 

 

Nice to have:

  • SAP experience.
