What you will be doing as Brand Manager?

 

  • Responsible for the execution of local marketing programs in relation to the launch and promotion of a particular brand,
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining marketing materials for a particular brand,
  • Plans advertising campaigns and promotions and provides support to the sales force to monitor trends and improve market intelligence,
  • Executes market research projects based on pre-approved consumer understanding plans and communicates results to the marketing team and local management to ensure better consumer understanding across the company,
  • Controlling and implementing the brand communication budget as per the defined overall area marketing strategy,
  • Take part in preparation and gaining approval for annual local brand and marketing plans supported by brand communication and promotional programs and budgets,
  • Responsible for brand standards in the areas of product, packaging, price, advertising and other communications in relation to the defined marketing strategy,
  • Creates agency briefs and to ensure effective implementation of brand advertising campaigns as defined in the area marketing strategy,
  • Active member of local and plays supporting role for regional NPD (product and packaging) innovation projects based for edible oil and margarine on pre-approved innovation plans, working closely with local R&D and other Countries’ marketing managers.

 

What do we expect from our future Brand Manager?

 

  • A higher education degree required, preferably with a Marketing or Business concentration,
  • At least 3-5 years related experience in a marketing position and preferably in a Brand Manager role,
  • Preferably experience in FMCG,
  • Fluent English and Hungarian,
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills,
  • Strong planning ability,
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing “tools and market research principles” including product, promotion, placement and pricing knowledge and experience in writing marketing plans.
