Logistics Administrator

What are the key activities and tasks of the Logistics Administrator?

• Taking care of freight invoice processing
• Collecting documents related to Quick Fix
• Keeping contact with our international and hungarian transporters
• Handling the administration of customs clearance and transshipment
• Order and follow-up the sampling of the Ukrainian transhipped oil
• Assistance for month-end closing at IC execution

What are the desired qualities and skills?

• Advanced English and Hungarian knowledge
• Excellent communication skills

• Confident user-level computer skills (MS office)
