What you will be doing as a Logistics Coordinator- Bulk Oil Division
The core focus of the Logistics Coordinator activity is to carry out the full processing of customer orders in close cooperation with the partner departments involved in the supply chain, as well as to organize and control the transport tasks related to customer orders.
This will be done through the following activities:
- Daily contact with customers: processing the customer purchase order and prioritize the related transport and distribution
- Handling eventual emerging issues (i.e. quality) and complaints- 20-25 customers, mainly located in Europe
- Continuous contact with the logistic service providers
- Order and follow-up the transport from service providers (via road, railways and flexitanks)
- Supervise the stock levels and customer’s invoice status
- Handle the incoming and outbound commercial and freight invoices
- Keeping daily contact with other Bunge departments, Bruck and Martfű plants
- Provide exact and up-to-date data for maintaining customer database and freight conditions
The position is based in Budapest and part of a team of 5 people. It will report to our Customer Service Team Leader, also located in Budapest.
What do we expect from our future colleague?
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service and transport organization
- English skills - intermediate level as a minimum (both written and spoken); German is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- MS Office- intermediate (especially Excel knowledge)
- SAP knowledge is a plus
