How your next role looks like:

You will be in close contact with the local sustainability, sourcing and logistic execution teams to support the development of effective sustainability administrative compliance with ISCC system and certifications as well as creativeness of the data reporting.

This will be done through the following activities:

• Internal communication in certificate matters with the relevant organizational representatives and external interaction with suppliers;
• Recording of business confirmation data in the partner registry;
• Extract data, query and reports related to certificate and manage the accuracy of the producer register database;
• Verify the data provided by suppliers and record in the partner registry;
• Prepare and upload documents for the annual biofuel data provision
• Be continuously updated to sustainability related legislative changes;
• Participation in the preparation and conduct of certification audits;
• Preparation of Monthly Closing;
• Participation in collecting and verifying data provided for individual GHG calculation as well as presence in different related projects;
• Contribute with ideas to streamline day to day processes and activities.

What do we expect from our colleague?

 Please submit your application in English language.

• Minimum 1 year working experience is preferred or studies in a connecting area
• Internships or other entry-level experiences in sustainability are an advantage
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Hungarian
• Precise, organized mindset and strong analytical skills;
• Ability to interact with multiple departments and flexibility to intercultural teams;
• Good prioritizing ability and attention to details;
• Proactive and open-minded attitude towards new challenges with an agile approach;
