Communications Specialist

Posotion Summary:
Bunge, a leading global agribusiness and food & ingredients company, is looking for an enthusiastic Communications Specialist to support our integrated communications program. As the company continues to grow, communications sees increasing demand from internal and external clients and we need assistance in driving employee engagement in Bunge’s values, strategy and culture and improve business performance through effective external communications.

Core Functions:
•    Work closely as part of the communications team to execute our integrated corporate communications program, including internal and external channels
•    Develop written/visual content with a focus on storytelling to communicate corporate strategy, values, activities or news to be used in all communications channels both regionally and globally
•    Use analytics to monitor key communications channels to identify risks and opportunities
•    Build relationships with Bunge’s business units and functions and help facilitate message alignment across countries and across the company.
•    Create and maintain materials to assist local managers in their community and industry affairs efforts and promote their contributions to appropriate channels
•    Provide support for events 
•    Other duties as assigned

Skills/Experience Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field 
•    Minimum 5 years work experience in communications required; Prior experience in a corporate communications or agency environment strongly preferred
•    Microsoft 365 suite expertise, Sitecore web platform, HCL intranet platform, Adobe suite.
