Position Summary:
Manage the compensation planning cycle, provide compensation support to HR Business Partners; assist in the ongoing management of regional and global compensation programs that provide a competitive level of pay, motivation and reward to employees.  


Manage and continue driving global alignment of compensation planning and processes. Collaborate and provide counsel to HR Business Partners, collaborate with the CoEs regarding compensation solutions.  


Core Functions:
Manage the annual compensation process; Ensure timely and accurate administration of the annual compensation process in support of merit and bonus processing including system configuration, user testing and training, etc. 
Oversee and provide compensation guidance and support for a specific business including but not limited to evaluating new and evolving positions through internal and external benchmarking; providing process guidance and respond to ad hoc requests from HR business partners on compensation data and practices
Collaborate with Bunge Business Service team (BBS) to improve compensation related processes, reporting, survey participation, bonus accruals, data cleanliness and build solid process and data governance; proactively look for ways to enhance the compensation system processes and rules.
Provide support on moderately complex regional and global compensation core processes, projects and initiatives.
Provide support for North America compensation as needed


Skills/Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field. 
• 5 or more years of progressive experience in Compensation
• Thorough understanding of the various elements and principles of Compensation.
