Position Overview:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for the implementation, automation, and maintenance of Bunge’s key master data categories, while supporting the data integrity of a growing and complex global business. Global master data categories include our Internal Business Classification (IBC) Segmentation. IBC is a global standard for customer and product master data for uniform visibility to properly inform the business performance providing fair comparison and driving actions. This type of information is pivotal in creating transparency; what kind of customers we are serving, in which segments we are active, which product groups we are selling and how the customers are using our products. This insight is very valuable to many stakeholders in our business, and to our growth agenda.
This role will organize and ensure that this global standard is embedded in the business and is actively being maintained, as well as design and implement future reporting solutions. The analyst will identify and analyze gaps in our reporting, propose solutions, engage with stakeholders for alignment and implement solutions in a timely manner. This role needs to communicate well to business stakeholders on status updates and on current initiatives related to the full automation across the regions. In addition, the analyst needs to collaborate with IT on the functional implementation of IBC including SAP, Salesforce, and BI/CoE for downstream reporting. Developing strong knowledge of the data and the growth agenda is a critical requirement to drive this full implementation. The Business Analyst needs to demonstrate a proactive mindset, be willing to take on challenges, and be ready to influence process and organizational change.
Additional responsibility for this role includes becoming a subject matter expert on Bunge’s commercial data, while demonstrating the technical expertise to ensure the accuracy and quality of the data. This role will work with the business to understand needs for actionable insights and provides analysis to help make business decision.
Major Opportunities and Decisions:
• Responsible for running process to maintain and enhance Bunge’s global master data categories
• Drive alignment with regional owners on the way of working and deliverables
• Having strong analytical skills to oversee to provide solutions for data harmonization
• Maintain and build effective outlier reports to ensure high data quality
• Align reporting language and metrics to make information comparable globally.
• Keeps IBC procedures and documents up to date
• Supports IBC implementation to expand the scope/entities involved
• Analyze commercial data to provide insights driving informed business decision.
• Engage with IT on SAP integrations and upgrades needed for automation
• Collaborate with the business across functions and regions
The primary outcome of this work will be to have the adoption and automation of a global master data standard across the Bunge Foods Solutions regions. The Business Analyst should have a strong knowledge of the adoption processes and be ready to support questions from the business and IT.
Teamwork:

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Computer Science preferred
- 5 or more years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst or a related field
- Prior experience in project management preferred
Competencies/ Knowledge/Skills:
-Experience using Excel, Powerpoint, and Tableau (preferred)
-Demonstrates experience in handling large data sets
-Ability to translate business requirements in non-technical terms
-Strong written and verbal communication skills (English speaking)
-Ability to manage projects and timelines
