Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT portfolio management professional to join the Enterprise Architecture & Technology Enablement team in the Business Technology (BT) organization. The EA Portfolio Management Lead will be responsible for aligning and supporting the Enterprise Architecture & Technology Enablement portfolio as a key enabler for technology teams across BT. This role will be responsible for aligning roadmaps, monitoring delivery and outcomes, and facilitating seamless communication for any cross-functional efforts. Their role reports to the Vice President of Enterprise Architecture & Technology Enablement lead in the BT Technology organization.
Essential Functions:

Assist in creating change management plans, providing guidance to teams, and ensuring successful adoption of changes in architecture, innovation, quality, and integration processes

Prepare and present reports, presentations, and documentation related to Enterprise Architecture & Technology Enablement initiatives

Develop solutions, best practices, and standards to improve project coordination amongst BT teams to address interdependencies and enable project success

Identify technology, systems, and tools to improve project integration and coordination

Provides leadership and direction to multiple teams through senior manager and or managers. Develops mid to long term (3-5 years) plans to execute strategies in portfolio management to support the mid to long term company strategies.

Accountable for the budget, performance and results of a medium-sized team.

Mid to long term (3-5 years) impact on results. Contributes to strategic change across functions.

Owns mid to long-term execution of functional strategy and operational direction. Identifies & solves complex, multi-dimensional portfolio management challenges, requiring extensive investigation/analysis to meet business needs.

Collaborate with integration, architecture, quality, and innovation team leaders to define and align roadmaps

Validate and track Objectives & Key Results for all team leaders on a continuous basis

Monitor project timelines, financial performance, budgets, and resources to ensure adherence to established plans

Document and monitor dependencies, roadblocks, upcoming initiatives, and emerging needs

Establish critical forums, communication channels, and coordination activities to ensure seamless collaboration within and beyond Enterprise Architecture & Technology Enablement

Build and oversee communities of practitioners (e.g., architects, testers) that span beyond Enterprise Architecture & Technology Enablement, and facilitate coordination and knowledge-sharing within these communities
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 6 - 10 years of position related experience, or equivalent combo of education and experience level. Has in-depth knowledge in portfolio management and basic knowledge (know as reference) of related disciplines.

5+ years of demonstrated experience in program management of technical areas (e.g., enterprise architecture, software engineering) with a focus on agile delivery methods

Exposure to software, integration, or data engineering and familiarity with terms and concepts of software engineering

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate and manage relationships with stakeholders at various levels

Understanding of change management principles and practices to support the successful adoption and integration of new technologies

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently, ensuring timely and efficient completion
