The IT Partner HR is the key IT liaison for Human Resources stakeholders. He/She helps design technology solutions to support process enhancements, leads projects or initiatives to enhance the HR function. He/She helps solve issues, answer questions and advise the HR community on how to best use HR technologies at Bunge. He/She helps navigate the IT processes, procures new software following global IT processes.

 

Major Opportunities and Decisions:
-        Lead global SuccessFactors talent management requirements and projects for global Onboarding, Learning Management, Career Development, Succession Planning
-        Give expert level advising to key HR stakeholders
-        Partners with key business stakeholder(s) to design and lead the HRIT roadmap

 

Teamwork:
-        IT partnership with key HR stakeholders, COE leads, HR BPs, global HR teams across the globe
-        Member of global HRIT team across the globe, BSA, BEA and Mohali support
-        In contact with external IT support, SAP, and SAP partners

 

Key Responsibilities:
-        Lead and implement necessary technology to enable business priorities and strategy
-        Manage the implementation of evolutions and improvements to Bunge’s global and regional HR platforms
-        Collect and translate business requirements into technical specifications and create deliverables in different phases of the project lifecycle by decomposing functionality into use cases and business rules
-        Educate HR stakeholders in understanding the technology implemented or being implemented
-        Partner with IT teams from other towers when needed (ie. SSO, Azure, Infra, SharePoint)
-        Ensure clear and global communication to key stakeholders following organizational change management practices

 

Education:
-        Bachelor’s degree or higher, Major in computer science / IT / Technology / HR

 

Experience:
-        5 years of experience with HR technology, SAP, SuccessFactors or similar
-        5 years of experience in HR processes such as Core HR, Onboarding, Recruiting, Career Development and other talent management processes
-        5 years of experience in project management (regional or global)
-        Experience with data analysis including translations and transformations of a data set
-        Experience implementing or participating the implementation of talent management platforms and/or core HR platforms
-        Ability to independently develop business knowledge and drive issue resolution
-        Ability to multitask and collaborate with technical and non-technical staff
-        Previous experience with multi-national, multi-site, multi-state and multi-functional organizations.
