Position Summary:


The position will be responsible for leading sales enablement, development of our CRM program application to generate maximum business impact and identifying and implementing continuous improvement in our NA selling processes and tools.  This role will be the Sales Enablement Manager and will support the Sales Enablement & Operations Manager to successfully drive the change management of utilizing our CRM and our suite of Business Applications.

The goal of this role is to continuously improve the core business applications and scope analytical tools for the Selling Organization working closely with FPA group to optimize existing and new features, increase adoption, enhance data quality, and provide excellent support within the organization. Primary business applications/systems include: Salesforce and Sales Enablement tools and integration of these systems with SAP & Tableau.


Essential Functions:


Sales Enablement & Training

  • Leads the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the sales force.
  • Supports the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss.
  • Manages various sales enablement projects and coordinates sales enablement activities.
  • Supports/trains the selling organization SFDC support including Accelerate 2025 ComEx initiatives and SFDC dashboards and Tableau.
  • Facilitating training in other areas; New Seller Onboarding,  Microsoft Teams, BLC Sharepoint, Bunge E learning, and coordinating system/hardware upgrades


SFDC Administration

  • Maintain the day-to-day operations of Salesforce. Serve as a point of contact for application users which would include, but not limited to creating and customizing objects, workflows, record types, page layouts, fields, apps, tabs, roles and profiles, security, user and approval processes.
  • Contribute to the design and stay current with new releases, features and functionality while applying this knowledge to provide recommendations for SF enhancements and process improvements aligned with our unit’s goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development of enablement tools embedded within SFDC and adoption
  • Identifies business needs and develops standardized reports and dashboards in Salesforce to include scoping activities for Tableau development for FP&A handoff
  • Train new and existing users on how to use the application and promote user adoption; keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements; create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as database applications are developed.


Business Improvement and Project Work

  • Identification of Business improvements and implementation with selling organization such as
    • Workshops and training that deliver business outcomes such as freeing up sellers’ time, increased velocity, decreased seller ramp up time, and improving salesforce performance.  
    • Signaling changes in the demand to the organization through support of work streams.
    • Support of National Sales Meetings and other department-led events    


Knowledge, Skills and Requirements:


Strong skills in the following areas:

  • Extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales training best practices (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation) and familiarity with adult learning.
  • Knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer’s journey alignment.
  • Strategic, data-driven thinker using metrics and observation to improve sales efficacy
  • Understanding of sales and marketing processes
  • Highly organized and Skilled at Project management
  • Effective Presentation and Communication
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
  • Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment


Education and Experience:

  • Salesforce certification a plus
  • 3+ years relevant hands-on experience in supporting SFC based business applications
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  • Proficient with Salesforce Dataloader
  • Working knowledge of Tableau a plus
  • Experience integrating with 3rd party data providers and services a plus
  • Bachelor degree required, Post graduate work a plus
