Position Summary:

Coordinate and deliver a wide variety of training solutions for Bunge’s North America Industrial Operations teams.  This position will have responsibility for training facilitation, content development, scheduling, resource planning and program evaluation assessment.

 

Core Functions:

  • Partner with the HR Business Partner team to assess and recommend training needs actively participate in the implementation of industrial development programs and processes within the business (i.e. Bunge Production System (BPS), trainee program, etc.).
  • Manage all aspects of North America front-line supervisor and industrial operations management training programs, including scheduling, training facilitation, securing speakers/participants and workshop facilities when necessary.
  • Develop/deliver specific training and development programs, supporting the plants as a center of expertise in the realization of training programs, contributing to the review of models, tools, best market practices, etc.         
  • Manage and monitor the budget and annual training plan.  
  • Participate in and contribute to the Global Pillar Teams (Working Group).
  • Connect with local and regional subject matter experts to identify and develop best practices and training materials for the pillar elements.
  • Set up regular Regional Pillar calls with local site Pillar Leaders to provide training and coaching – involving subject matter experts when necessary.
  • Assist site Pillar Leaders in facility self-assessments and validate pillar level completion.
  • As needed, develop a sub-region or business unit network of Pillar Leaders to cover all sites and value chains.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Continuous Improvement and industrial leadership regarding training needs.

 

Skill/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education or a related field required
  • 5 plus years of training and development experience within a corporate or plant/manufacturing environment, including training facilitation required
  • Demonstrated training facilitation skills, preferably within an industrial environment
  • Team oriented with a demonstrated ability to successfully work within a matrix organization
  • Ability to manage and deliver on multiple requests and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
  • Results-oriented with a high level of initiative and attention to detail
  • DDI Trainer Certification preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
