Position Summary:                                    
This internship role will be focused on contributing to various compensation and benefit projects and operations of the Total Rewards Center of Excellence and be a valued partner within the Human Resources team.                                      
Job Description:                                    
·      Learn and understand compensation and benefit programs, policies and practices.                                    
·      Provide support to the Total Rewards team in conducting and summarizing research to understand external market challenges and best      practices on compensation and benefit initiatives.                                    
·      Support the Global Job Leveling process by reviewing and analyzing job descriptions.                                    
·      Assist with market pricing by identifying, interpreting and analyzing benchmark data; where needed, conduct modeling analyses.                    
·      Assist with compensation survey participation.                                    
·      Assist with researching and modeling benefit cost options.                                    
·      Assist with compiling benefit and wage modeling for labor negotiations.                                    
·      Participate in various Total Rewards projects.                                    
Skills/Experience Requirements:                                  
·      "Strong Academics record from an accredited university."

·      Project or program management experience                                    
·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)                                    
·      Strong analytical & problem-solving skills                                    
·      Ability to follow through and respond to requests with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.                                    
·      Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills                                    
·      Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement                                    
·      Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously        ·      Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately                                    
·      An avid learner and critical thinker                                    
·      Show strong passion for building a career in Human Resources                                    
·      Experience with Human Resources data analytics is a plus.                                    
·      Flexible and adaptable.                                    
·      Willing to learn, seek and develop new skills and opportunities.
