Position Summary

We are looking for collaborative, coachable candidate with strong critical thinking and communication skills.  Position requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and a desire to build a career in the food and agribusiness industry.


Essential Functions

  • Participate in the day to day operation, promoting and abiding by Bunge’s zero incident and injury safety culture.
  • Support the Commercial teams within LATAM, ensuring timely flow of relevant information regarding customers open demand and market intelligence, P&L, logistics, and KPIs.
  • Support the logistics and operations area when needed.
  • Gain fundamental knowledge of US domestic and international cash grains marketing, trading, and flows.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of grain elevations, oilseed processing.
  • Learn the dry bulk freight business, including chartering, incoterms, logistics and operations.
  • Communicate effectively with Bunge internal and external customers.
  • Work effectively in a team setting to collaborate, develop strategy and problem-solve.
  • Assist in managing customer relationships, contracts, logistics, data analytics, and other related activities.
  • Complete special project requests, as assigned.
  • Demonstrate level of comprehension by responding to verbal or written inquiries from supervisors, mentors, or other team members.
  • Travel to other Bunge locations and/or events for instructional purposes. 



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Affairs/Business, Economy or any related field.
  • Knowledge of grains supply chain (preferred).
  • Customer management abilities and interest in understanding customers business models and needs.
  • Proven natural leadership and interpersonal, communication and selling skills.
  • Must be collaborative, results oriented and possess strong critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, adversity, and constant change.
  • Teamwork; ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-functional teams.
  • Data base management and analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter; highly motivated and able to work independently. Willingness to take responsibility and initiative. Demonstrated experience in prioritizing work and meeting deadlines. 
  • Fast learner and oriented to self-development: curiosity to learn and create new way of building and/or improving systems and processes. 
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in standard PC applications.
