What You Will Be Doing As A Projects Manager

The core focus of this role is to manage all CAPEX projects for Bunge Plant in Dnipro.

This will be done through the following activities:

• Drawing up, control and implementation of plans for completing the investment projects
• Registration of investment projects in accordance with corporate standards and regulations
• Implementation and control of project implementation deadlines, interaction with enterprise specialists and contractors
• Controlling the budgets of ongoing projects.
• Search and application of the most effective technical and economic solutions to fulfill the tasks set for the development of the enterprise in accordance with the current rules and regulations
• Commissioning of construction objects in accordance with the current rules
• Implementation of changes in the order of planning, registration, approval and implementation of projects in accordance with Bunge Production System CAPEX pillar level 3
• Keeping a close contact with contractors involved in the projects process

The position is based in Dnipro, and it will report to our Plant Manager, based in the same location.

What do we expect from our future colleague?

• Up to 5 years of previous experience in a similar position, plant operations, maintenance.
• Proficiency with applicable computer software packages including AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and 3D modeling programs, Demonstrates graphic and technical sketches reading skills
• Knowledge of SAP, Genius app will be a plus
• Knowledge of oil production equipment
• English skills- proficient
• Ability to work with various types of people
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Leadership skills
