What you will be doing as HR Specialist?

 

You will be responsible for the integration, processing and development of human resources initiatives, policies and procedures as well as facilitating processes such as recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, expat management while ensuring a strong and motivated talent base for the organization.

 

  • Managing the relationships with trade unions and union representatives,
  • Managing the relationships with government bodies and 3rd party service providers (payroll & healthcare),
  • Carrying out the payroll process in an accurate and timely manner,
  • Keeping the payroll records based on the salary and wage accrual of the factory employees and the leave, rest and similar absentee and overtime records and/or in accordance with the other prescribed procedures, and timely information flow to the Human Resources and Payroll company. Monitoring the timely accrual and payments of the salary, wages, bonuses, compensation, premiums and rights and benefits determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
  • Preparing monthly and annual reports on Human Resources activities
  • Preparing/Supporting the preparation of labor cost budget and explain variances in budget vs actual
  • Monitoring that subcontractors service delivery and reporting are compliant to the legislation
  • Maintaining the systems and keep all documentation up-to-date within the scope of Quality Management Systems, representing the company in the Social Compliance audits
  • Carrying out the procedures related to the payroll and personnel affairs of the personnel working in the enterprise, to keep and maintain the personnel files
  • Ensuring occupational safety in the factory and to carry out the necessary works in cases such as all kinds of work accidents or occupational diseases in coordination with the and Plant Manager, Safety Team.
  • Following the periodic health checks of the personnel and to support the Workplace Physician in the works related to the Infirmary,
  • Reporting food, environment - occupational safety and energy management issues to the Team Leader
  • Requesting periodic (weekly) and, if necessary, antiperiodic advances from the Accounting and Finance Department for the expenses and payments to be made within the factory
  • Establishing good relations with professional organizations and representatives such as Labor and Employment Agency, Provincial Directorate of Social Security, Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization, Provincial Directorate of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, Tax Office and other official offices in the vicinity, Commodity Exchange, Chamber of Commerce, and Industry
  • Being responsible for the execution of civil defense services in accordance with the legislation
  • Working in coordination with the Purchasing Department in making personnel transportation service agreements and meal agreements and in organizing the services in the most efficient and economical way.
  • Being correspondence with Official and Private Institutions, license, title deed, permit documents, etc. by following up the applications and works in coordination with the Administrative Affairs and Field Manager,
  • Ensuring that the management and administration of the personnel under her, the maintenance and cleaning of the vehicles, office machines, buildings, gardens and open areas, and other needs

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR.
  • High Level of fluency in English language.
  • Basic knowledge of Turkish labor laws, social security, and payroll management.
  • Ability and willingness to work with data and HR data management systems in an organized way.
