What will you be responsible for as an Sensory Analyst:

• To check the taste and flavor of the oil at the olive oil purchasing points and to take samples.
• To ensure that stock reports are filled in completely and without errors, to approve them, to ensure that they are filed and to have them submitted to the relevant departments.
• To load the oils to be shipped from Ayvalık in the desired quality.
• To be present for tasting at the Olive Oil Refining.
• To perform the filtration process of natural oils.
• To fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the Food Safety Specialist.

What do we expect from our future colleague?

• At least High School degree
• At least 5 years of experience in oil tasting
• Skilled in decision-making & negotiation
• Ability to work in a team
• Openness and Trust
• Strong interpersonal skills
