Overview:


We are looking for a motivated and experienced technology professional to join the SA Application team in the Business Technology (BT) organization. The SA Apps team will be responsible for Enterprise Systems in South America. This role will drive business continuity with MSP transition and will partner closely with Enterprise Application, Global COE and BTP teams, and also with Bunge Shared Services and Business Process Owners and Key Users teams. 


Essential Functions:

 

  • Technology specialist for financial and controllership processes.
  • Finance: Credit Management, Treasury, Loans Management, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Costing Accounting, G/L Accounting and Reporting, Fixed Assets, Investments, Travel & Expenses
  • Work together with SA Apps peers to standardize processes, governance and solutions over the workstreams, region and globally
  • Strong solution delivery capabilities overseeing the end-to-end, from small enhancements to complex project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment (preparation, blueprint, solution design, functional specification, configuration/development, testing, go-live, transition to run and post go-live support), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards
  • Ability to structure technology initiatives by applying either Agile and PMI methodologies
  • Ability to structure and manage high performance and cross-functional delivery teams by combining expertises, seniorities and soft skills, supporting the team on their development and career
  • Foster effective collaboration between functional, enterprise application and infrastructure teams and other stakeholders to streamline the application delivery process
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to application delivery, including issues affecting timelines, resources, and technology dependencies
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability, security, and performance of delivered applications
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies to enhance application delivery capabilities
  • Manage and collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions into the overall application landscape
  • Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies governing application development and delivery, bringing Audit and Compliance perspective on the solution implementation.
  • Manage and control the budget for application delivery, optimizing costs while ensuring the quality of delivered solutions
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements, assess their relevance to the organization, and make recommendations for adopting new tools and methodologies
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills building relationships and work with a diverse customer base 
  • Ability to handle multiple demands (since the plan to the delivery), shifting priorities and ambiguous situations; conflict management
  • Ensure a robust ans sustainable testing/validation process and capabilities supporting test scenarios definitions and engaging key-users
  • Ensure transition to new operating model with zero business continuity impact
  • Act as part of Global and Regional Master Service Providers Center of Expertise (validations, risk management) 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration or Technology related field
  • Strong Experience with at least 5 full life cycle of SAP ECC implementation phases from project preparation, realization, final preparation, go-live and post go-live support
  • SAP modules FI background experiency 
  • Demand Management processes and governance
  • IT Vendor Relationship and Management
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, and a track record of delivering technology projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders and build strong partnerships
  • Ability to navigate and lead in a fast-paced, dynamic multinational technology environment
  • Possess a hands-on, creative, and innovative attitude that fuel a culture of forward-thinking and breakthrough ideas
  • Ensure an effective and organized delivery of results, driving collaboration, cultivating alliances, nurture potential, mentor individuals for advancement in their present or upcoming positions
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work independently, focused, organized and rigorous.
  • Portuguese, Spanish and English at professional level
  • Previous experiences with global teams is a plus
