Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly technical professional to join the Business Technology (BT) organization. This person will be responsible for every part of SAP Integration Suite platform i.e. ensuring high availability, performance, security, and compliance and support management.
Essential Functions
- Define and implement the roadmap for our SAP Integration Suite, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Provide deep technical expertise on SAP Integration Suite, including API Management, Open Connectors, Cloud Integration, and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable integrations.
- Ensure high availability, performance, security, and compliance of the SAP Integration Suite platform.
- Define and enforce governance processes, standards, and best practices for integration development and deployment.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to optimize the platform and drive innovation.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP Basis, security, development, and business analysts.
- Support management
- Platform Ownership: Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bunge's integration platform, encompassing on-premise and cloud-based systems, while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
- Technical Expertise & Mentoring: Provide deep technical expertise, coach, and mentor a team of integration engineers on integration architecture, frameworks, and best practices, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Innovation teams, QA teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery of integration solutions.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the execution of integration projects, ensuring alignment with the defined roadmap, adherence to architectural principles, and timely delivery within budget.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and recommend emerging integration technologies and solutions to drive innovation and efficiency across Bunge's global operations, identifying opportunities for optimization and modernization.
- Integrate disparate enterprise applications and databases: Design and implement solutions that seamlessly connect various systems, ensuring data consistency and flow across the organization.
- Advise on integration development plans and strategies: Provide expert guidance and recommendations on integration approaches, technologies, and best practices to support business needs.
- Develop asynchronous messaging architectures, rule-based systems, and network architectures: Architect and implement robust and scalable integration solutions that meet performance and reliability requirements.
- Verify and resolve conflicts in data models and configurations: Ensure seamless data integration by identifying and resolving discrepancies in data structures and configurations across systems.
- Analyze and improve current system integrations and migration strategies: Continuously evaluate existing integrations, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for seamless system migrations and upgrades.
- Review and approve proposals from system integrators for disaster recovery and business continuity: Ensure integration solutions are resilient and aligned with Bunge's disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle: Actively participate in requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of integration solutions.
- Participate in scrum sessions using Agile development: Collaborate effectively with agile teams, embrace agile methodologies, and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
- Interact with other team members and customers on a regular basis: Maintain open communication channels, foster strong working relationships, and provide timely updates and support.erify and resolve conflicts in data models and configurations: Ensure seamless data integration by identifying and resolving discrepancies in data structures and configurations across systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in SAP technologies, with a strong focus on integration.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite components (API Management, Open Connectors, Cloud Integration).
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying APIs and integrations using SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, security protocols, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- English Fluency enough to discuss and engage in robust dialogue in technical forums without support is required.
