Accounts Receivable Jr.

Position Summary:
Prepare and safeguard promissory notes for all clients with products sold under credit, guaranteeing the collection of invoices.  

Core Functions:
Prepare promissory notes and bills of exchange.
Cleanup accounts for BCA, BNA LATAM and BLA clients.
Prepare supplier payments.  
Enter in SAP credit and debit notes.
Report customers to be stored in a warehouse.

Skills/Experience Requirements:
o    Third year studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related career.
o    One year experience in accounting, collections, or customer service
o    Native Spanish – Intermediate English
