MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Analyze customer issues to develop processes to increase customer satisfaction.
• Establish & optimize supply chain network structure in the light of medium & long term projections of the company.
• Support transportation planning cycle and improvement opportunities in truck utilization and truck type % KPI’s
• Utilize existing ERP systems (SAP) and explore new systems to automate/digitalize/transform planning and reporting activities.
• Become familiar with the Customer’s business model, objectives and roadmap, coordinating with respective teams to ensure alignment within’ SLAs.
• Optimizing end to end flow of products from DCs to customers.
• Performing such activities – Loss Tree and Root Cause Analysis of top losses, stock issues, system, credit management issues.
• Developing projects in interaction with Sales & Supply Chain departments to optimise processes that serves to business strategy (e.g. effectiveness, customer services, quality, efficiencies/cost requirements as well as time schedules).
• Formulating calculations (dashboards) on KPIs – Customer Case Fill On-Time, monitoring performance at weekly/monthly intervals.
• Developing such tools & systems that support company’s  progress towards Supply Chain automization/digitalization transformation projects.
• Rigorously contribute to zero incident safety culture
• Paying attention to vehicle occupancy  and route optimization of orders, manage the logistics operations processes and create shipments with suppliers

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduated from Related University Departments
• Having minimum 2 - 3 years of experiences in such fields like Order Management, Planning, Logistics, and Distribution
• Highly analytic & data driven
• Preferably SAP using skills
• Ability to work as a team
• Ownership perspective, follow up skills, initiative
• Proficiency with MS Office Programs
• Energetic and ability to work at fast-paced work environment
• Logistics Operation Management
