What you will be doing as a Process Engineer – Aliağa Plant

Handling the crushing, steam boiler of operational units in the soybean process at Bunge Aliağa Plant. Implement on the factory production management methodologies, tools and ensure the use of standards to achieve planned production results within time and budget.

Main accountabilities

• Handling the production team to produce the expected quality, quantity and at the planned time and with the lowest costs in according to production schedules and work orders, reporting to facility managers.
• Leading or supporting of implementation activities about production and boiler in CAPEX Projects (Layouts, Functional Descriptions, Process Design, Project Schedule, process parameters etc.), works in coordination with the Project department.
• Controlling, reporting, and monitoring of all production budgets.
• Leading teams working in shifts & contributing to their development through consistent coaching.
• Ensuring the accurate and complete implementation of occupational health & safety, environment, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Reaching the challenging targets required by manufacturing processes and tools;
• Determine repair and maintenance necessities for the production lines and enable support from related departments.
• Generating sustainable solutions for losses by leading problem-solving processes (5S, RCA, 5 Whys etc.) actively.
• Taking an active role in ensuring continuous improvement and sustainability.
• Take the accountability for all production and boiler team.

What do we expect from our future colleague:

Education/Experience:

• University graduate from Engineering Departments (preferably from Chemical, Food, Mechanical, Industrial and Electrical & Electronics Engineering Departments).
• Min. 5 years of job experience. (Crush and steam boiler experience will be preferred).

Knowledge and Technical Proficiencies:

• Fluent English skills (both verbal & writing).
• Knowledge in MS Office applications (especially in Excel and Power point) and SAP Providing Inventory and commodity stock control.
• For male candidates, completion of military service.
• Strong communication skills & prone to teamwork.
• Developed analytical thinking.
• Able to travel when required.
