Business Title: Junior Officer/Officer/Sr. Officer- Process    
Reports to (position): Manager- Process    

            
Role Purpose Statement:

• To maintain the shift activity for 120+300 TPD IE plant. 

Main Accountabilities :

• To operate Inter Esterification operation.
• To operate continuous bleacher system.
• To minimize the down time.
• To optimize the chemical & utility consumption.
• To prioritize the safety measure and knowledge of hazards associated with sodium methoxide.
• To maintain the quality parameters of processing.
• Monitoring of Deo OPRP monitoring.
• TBHQ addition as per specification.
• Process aids/ingredients management    

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Reducing Chemical and fuel consumption
• Safety Norms – No LTI
• Ensure 100% food safety 

Knowledge and Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge of IE, Hydrogenation and continuous bleacher operation.

Education/Experience:

• ITI /Diploma Chemical 
• 05-6  years of experience of processing of edible oil refinery, Hydrogenation and continuous bleacher operation.
