Senior Executive - Projects

Role Purpose Statement:

• Lead the execution of project related activities like installation of equipment, piping, tanks etc. and electrical and related civil, electrical & inst. works.

Main Accountabilities:

• To lead the team of vendors and collaborate with other functions to execute the assigned projects.
• To support project Manages for all facets of the project (Budget, Schedule, Execution, Quality and risk)
• Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule
• Prepare/validate hazard identification and risk analysis, method statements etc. for high-risk jobs.
• Identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
• Understand basic PFDs, P&I, Auto Cad diagrams.
• Generate/verify BOQ for particular application.

• Plan V/s Actual.
• Safety Norms – No LTI.
• Ensure 100% food safety.

Knowledge and Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge of edible oil industry will be preferable.
• Safety in Organization
• Knowledge of MS office (especially MS Projects), AutoCAD and  SAP

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
• Minimum 05 years of experience in green-field or brown field project is must with strong execution skills.
