What you will be doing as a Reliability Engineer- Karczew Plant
- Implementing reliability standards in the field of preventive maintenance of machines and production equipment in the plant,
- Analysis of reports, detection and elimination of recurring problems in production,
- Support of technicians and engineers in solving problems,
- Decision-making in the planning of maintenance and repair works, including on the basis of data from diagnostic measurements of machines,
- Creating and implementing predictive methods for measuring the condition of machines,
- Responsibility for planning, managing systems and processes necessary to achieve reliability indicators (KPI),
- Participation in projects and testing new technological solutions to improve production,
- Keeping documentation related to the repairs made,
- Conducting Pareto, RCA, FMEA analyses
- Managing the work of the reliability department.
The position is based in Karczew Plant, and it will report to Maintenance and Reliability Manager Manager also located in Karczew Plant.
What do we expect from our future colleague
- Technical university degree,
- Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position,
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office,
- Knowledge of predictive machine diagnostics techniques: vibration, ultrasound, thermovision is welcome,
- SAP PM module knowledge,
- English - communicative level,
- Ability to read technical documentation, make decisions and organize work,
- Very good interpersonal skills and teamwork attitude,
- Ability to think analytically and manage tasks,
- Ability to make decisions and organize work well.
