What you will be doing as Technical Manager based in Karczew?

• Management and comprehensive supervision of the technical department, including maintenance, investment team and infrastructure (25 people reporting indirectly),
• Managing the work and development of employees and building effective and committed teams,
• Ensuring high work standards and creating a safe working environment for employees and external companies,
• Management of investment, optimization and innovation projects supporting the process of automation and digitization of the Factory,
• Implementation of best practices and engineering solutions, including promoting continuous improvement and implementing solutions based on the Lean Manufacturing, SMED, TPM, etc.,
• Monitoring and improving production processes to increase production efficiency and quality,
• Maintaining compliance with regulations and quality standards in the FMCG industry,
• Preparing and supervising the timely implementation of renovation and maintenance plans based on the analysis of the technical condition of production lines,
• Management and optimization of media in the factory.

What do we expect from our future Technical Manager?

• Higher technical education,
• Experience working in a production plant in a similar position,
• Experience in team management,
• SEP qualification certificates in the field of operation and supervision,
• Fluent English and Polish,
• Willingness to undertake frequent business trips,
• Readiness to work at irregular hours,
• Independence in making decisions and solving problems,
• Driving license.
