What you will be doing as Inland Logistics Specialist in Kiev?

 

  • Determining optimal routes, selecting suitable modes of transport, considering timelines and specific transportation requirements,
  • Contracting with carriers, preparing necessary documentation, coordinating the loading and unloading process, monitoring the execution of transportation,
  • Monitoring and controlling schedules and delivery timelines,
  • Optimizing logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements for the cargo,
  • Interacting with suppliers and recipients,
  • Providing feedback and handling complaints or recommendations from customers.
  • Collecting and analyzing transportation data, preparing reports,
  • Understanding and complying with legislation and regulations related to the transportation of agricultural products, including customs and transportation rules.

 

What do we expect from our future Inland Logistics Specialist?

 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience,
  • Experience in grain transportation by rail cars and trucks,
  • Knowledge of the Mesplan, AS Client,  Ecxel systems,
  • English – intermediate level,
  • Nice to have: knowledge of SAP.
