Purpose of the role
For our Talent Center of Expertise, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role you are responsible for managing the full life cycle of the talent acquisition process from role specification through the employment offer and onboarding. You make sure that you have constantly enough candidates in the pipeline to ensure succesful processes. Active sourcing and guiding of candidates, along with great internal stakeholder managements are an important part of your work. This role will focus on Poland, but you will also support the broader (Central Eastern) European region if needed.
Next to successfully filling positions, you are a social media rockstar and bring knowledge about new recruitment technologies. Together with our marketing and communication teams, you will also play an active role in our employer branding projects and make sure candidates get to know Bunge and find us as an employer! To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for full cycle recruitment processes
- Owner of the full cycle recruitment process; advise management and guiding/coordinating the process
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners across Bunge to understand staffing, hiring needs, work environments and job profiles.
- Proactively partner with hiring managers and HR BP’s to identify effective sourcing strategies with the objective of selecting the highest qualified candidates for each opening.
- Screening of new applications
- Phone screenings and interviews candidates
- Actively sourcing and approaching of passive candidates on social media/jobboards (Linkedin/CV Databases) and other platforms
- Creating job advertisements/Social media outings
- Building talentpools
- Conducting and discussing assessments
- Reference checks
- Communication with candidatees to ensure a positive “candidate experience”
- Stakeholder managements with internal hiring and HR managers.
- Employer Branding projects
- Third party management; vendors, agencies, technology/tools partners
Skills & demands
- Minimum of BSc education and minimum 3 years experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable with all levels in the organization
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Linkedin recruiter).
- Convincing and positive personality
- Organizational skills and sensitivity competences
- Pro active and hands-on
- Service and results driven
- ATS experience (preferably Successfactors)
