What you will be doing as Process Engineer in Kruszwica?

• Supervising production process and ensuring that its compliant with all systems and requirements i.e. Safety, Quality, Environment,
• Decision making in adjustments of process parameters to achieve best results in capacity and KPI’s,
• Training and coaching department employees,
• Leading and taking part in CAPEX projects (budgeting, descriptions, technical assumptions, execution, budget control),
• Supervising technical documentation of department and reporting of production results,
• Taking part in budget planning & supervising of department accounting and stocktaking of materials,
• Planning necessary maintenance activities during production and for yearly maintenance,
• Planning and executing actions after audits recommendations,
• Substituting Department Manager in case of his absence.

What do we expect from our future Process Engineer?

• Higher technical education,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
• Knowledge of English (at least level B2 level)
• CAD & MS Office knowledge,
• Ability to create and read technical drawings and documentation,
• Communication skills, strategic thinking, flexibility.

Nice to have:

• SCADA systems,
• SAP.
