What you will be doing as Project Engineer in Kruszwica?

• Conducting investment projects related to the replacement and modernization of equipment, improvement of production processes,
• Project progress control and reporting,
• Technical support for project teams,
• Creating descriptions of planned projects in accordance with the requirements of internal procedures, including the development of project budgets and schedules,
• Creating purchase specifications of equipment and works carried out in projects.

What do we expect from our future Project Engineer?

• Higher technical education (engineer's degree) - preferred fields of study related to chemical and process engineering, construction, mechanics and machine construction or related,
• 2-5 years of work experience in a manufacturing plant in the production, investment, maintenance, continuous development or related departments,
• Ability to plan and schedule tasks using the Gantt chart,
• Good knowledge of English and Polish,
• Good command of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel,
• High personal culture, assertiveness, ability to work in a team.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of production processes in the field of food production,
• Experience in managing investment projects,
• Ability to use AutoCAD,
• Driving license.
