What you will be doing as a Automation Supervisor – Lehliu Plant

Uses technology to improve, streamline and automate a manufacturing process. Guarantee non interrupted manufacturing process in the facility. Is responsible for planning, implementation, and monitoring such technology all over the plant.

• Lead facility Automation team – Electricians/Technicians, Engineers;
• Drive & lead elimination of bad actor in automation field of the facility;
• Implement & follow corporate safety culture;
• Lead and participate capital projects in the automation and power area;
• Follow Bunge Asset Care program;
• Prepare & execute shutdown plans;
• Investigate failures - prepare root cause analysis and follow up plans;
• Participate in operational/maintenance and capital budgeting.

What do we expect from our future colleague

• University graduate of Engineering in Electrical/ Automation/Computer Science;
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Experience in Project Management in Electrical & Automation fields;
• Experience with Eaton PLC, InTouch software, and Siemens software and hardware (SIMATIC S7, PCS7, WinCC, TIA portal etc.).
• Experience with robotics, AI and machine learning would be a plus.
• Experience with Endress + Hauser calibration and maintenance: Level measurement, Flowmeters, Pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters.
• Fluent Romanian & English;
• Availability for non-frequently travels.
