Position Summary

We are seeking self-motivated, collaborative, results oriented individual with strong critical thinking and communication skills with a desire to build a career in the agribusiness industry. The position will coordinate with the Commercial Director in Peru the trading program for grains, proteins, and bulk oils.  Supervise and coordinate, with all areas involved, the logistics of distribution, daily position of products, costs, and P&L reconciliation.


Essential Functions

  • Participate in the day to day operation, assisting traders with sales and daily price activity; daily P&L, position reporting, futures orders, and contract pricing.
  • Communicate effectively with Bunge internal and external customers.
  • Coordination of trading and logistics. Inform customers on their operation regarding deliveries of orders and purchases.
  • Assist with EOM closing, contract creation, and GTM management.
  • Support the vessel discharge operations and daily reports to customers.
  • Coordinate with execution and finance departments all the aspects of contract management and customer credit facilities.
  • Maintain up to date supplier and customer’s information with credit facilities regarding company information and financial statements.
  • Work effectively in a team setting to collaborate, develop strategy, and problem-solve.
  • Complete special project requests, as assigned.
  • Demonstrate level of comprehension by responding to verbal, or written inquiries from supervisors, mentors, or other team members.



  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in administration or business related field from an accredited university.
  • Interest to develop in the commercial area.
  • Must be collaborative, results oriented, and possess strong critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills, specially focused on process improvements and new product/services development.
  • Proactive and creative to generate ideas.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and leader in areas of operations with high degree of initiative.
  • Good working knowledge of PC applications such as Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and GTM/SAP.
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
