Overview:

This role will be responsible for designing, architecting, implementing, and optimizing enterprise integration by enabling interoperability and communication between multiple IT components. The ideal candidate will lead the delivery of solution development for large complex projects and design integration architecture specifications that meet requirements from a business and technical perspective while ensuring adherence to global technology standards and best practices.
 

Responsibilites: 

  • Design cutting-edge enterprise integration solutions, engineer scalable reusable components, models, and exception handling frameworks
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement large-scale, complex integration solutions to support the expanding needs of different stakeholders in the organization
  • Devise, modularize, and modernize integration solutions by adopting pub/sub design pattern models and API-lead connectivity solutions
  • Work closely with Bunge Shared Service Centers (SSCs) to ensure all change management and global process standards are followed 
  • Maintain thorough technical documentation and ensure artifacts are always up-to-date
  • Interact with Projects Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers and stakeholders throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Supervise the development of high quality, well documented, and efficient code 
  • Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient solutions
  • Build using modern design patterns and architectural principles
  • Support product owner in defining future stories and tech lead in defining technical designs

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Around 5-7 years of working experience in developing and designing large-scale integration solutions and related technologies 
  • Expertise in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Business Process Management (BPM) products (TIBCO, MuleSoft, MQ, Kafka/Nifi, etc)
  • Expertise in coding best practices, integration design patterns, exception handling frameworks, and proven integration architectures (pub/sub)
  • Experience in designing professional technical solutions and closely guiding development teams during implementation
  • Knowledge of mainstream cloud solutions and services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Exceptional ability to white-board design ideas and present to larger groups to align with technical strategy
  • Good understanding of cyber security principles and practices relating to the integration layer of enterprise systems (API Gateways, etc)
  • Ability to work with relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • Provide subject matter expertise on enterprise integration systems and products, assist in evaluating tools and technologies to fit the organization’s technology strategy and roadmap
  • Identify business value when developing ideas with a focus on digital awareness, risk assessment, business continuity, and scalable designs
  • Preferred: Experience working with Java platform (JEE), SAP (BAPI, Webservices, IDOC), CRM solutions (Salesforce), and ORM solutions (Hibernate, JPA, iBExperience in Agile development methodologies
