As an addition to our Mannheim facility, we are searching for a
Head of Apprentice (m/f/d)
Main tasks
- Develop and implement curricula that meet both current industry standards and the needs of our apprentices.
- Ensure high-quality training through regular reviews and adjustments of the curriculum and teaching methods.
- Provide personal guidance and support to apprentices throughout their training to overcome learning barriers and promote personal development.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of the training program.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and self-improvement among apprentices.
- Monitor and evaluate apprentice performance through regular tests, projects, and practical assignments.
- Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and other educational events.
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and standards regarding vocational training.
Your Skills and Knowledge:
- Completed master craftsman training in a relevant industrial field (preferably electrical or mechatronics) or comparable qualifications.
- Several years of professional experience in training or in a similar environment.
- Leadership skills and team spirit.
- Enthusiasm for working with young people and the ability to impart knowledge in a clear and motivating way.
- Innovative thinking and a willingness to continuously improve existing training concepts.
- Fluent German language skills.
