The Role

 

We are a passionate Talent Acquisition team, handling the recruitment across the broader Europe region. As truly international team currently working from NL, Spain, Romania and Poland, we are expanding the team with a colleague in Germany. Be based in Germany (Neuss, Hilter a T. or Mannheim) and work closely with our Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and other teams to attract the best talent primarily for Bunge in Germany, Finland and Austria.

 


The impact of this role

 

 

As a team, we recruit across levels and professions in the broadest sense of the word. In this region the same can be expected; from corporate functions; Sales, Finance and IT, to roles in life sciences, such as our New Product innovation team, trading, financial operations and to industrial roles. As this role is the first one based at the location, there will be space for new initiatives, optimizations and ideas.

The full life cycle of the Talent Acquisition process is led by the TA team. From securing enough candidates in the pipeline to guiding a successful processes and build long-term positive relationships, ensuring a hospitable candidate experience. Active sourcing and guiding of candidates, along with developing a strong collaborative approach with your Hiring team, are important parts of your daily mission.

As a leading company in Agri trading and plant-based food solutions we are well known in our market. To make sure a broader range of candidates can find us as a preferred employer in our industry, You will play an active role in employer branding and other projects to optimize our Talent Acquisition CoE’s processes and activities. From referral programs, diversity hiring, to building university partnerships, you name it!


What to bring to the role
 

Enthusiasm and passion for our profession is key. Committed, service minded and result driven, You are comfortable working across different levels in a matrix organization and as a global citizen, love to work across countries and cultures. We are looking for a colleague who knows how to coordinate and involve and influence others. Someone who is convincing and at the same time aware of the diversity of cultures and personalities and can adapt communication style. With an open and curious mentality, you have the skills to qualify and understand the variety of roles and professions you will recruit for.

 

Other desired skills:

 

  • A BSc level and at least 2-5 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English are required from the start as our job descriptions and hunting activities will mostly be done in German. Other European languages are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing/headhunting and interview Techniques and evaluation methods
  • Social Media enthusiast and sound knowledge of CV databases and professional networks (LinkedIn Recruiter expert level is required).
  • First ATS experience (we work with SuccessFactors)
