Position Summary:

Job duties include but not limited to:  Operations in  a Soy Bean Processing facility. Included, but not limited to sanitation, record keeping,  housekeeping and team duties

Core Functions:

• Operating all aspects of Operations, including recordkeeping, Lab duties, sanitation, and team duties.

• Keep all work areas buildings and grounds clean at all times.

• Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.

• Actively participate in all aspects of safety including near-miss reporting and meetings.

• Demonstrate the following core values and guiding behaviors which are expected of all employees at Bunge North America: Integrity, Openness and Trust, Teamwork, Citizenship, and Entrepreneurship.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Understand and communicate clearly throughout the facility.

• Know and follow all safety, environmental, and emergency procedures.

Skill/Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
• Strong Communication skills

• Ability to work at varying heights is required
• Ability to take instruction and work as a team with others is required.

• Position requires work indoors & outdoors in extreme temperature depending on season.

• Ability to work safely and follow policies and procedures

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Willing to work overtime and flexible hours when needed

• Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces

• Good attendance
