Role Purpose Statement:    This position will lead Planning Function which consists of Demand and Supply planning, This profile will work with BU heads, RBM's and will ensure production & dispatch planning by working closely with Factory Managers, Procurement and other Stake holders.
            
Main Accountabilities:    
1) Stock Availability Basis forecast 
2) Inventory Management and Control as per targets 
3) Plant utilization 
4) Leading Sales & Operation planning process 
5) Demand Review with Business heads & review as per S&OP intervals for smooth supply 
4) Annual supply budgeting 
5) leading Customer Value Pillar 
6) leading New products development 
7) Smooth execution of Trade and customer Schemes

Education & Experience:
1) BE / B Tech with MBA ( supply chain / Operations )                                                          
2) Experience 15+ Yrs  in FMCG industry                                                                                                          
3) Team management exp - 5+ Yrs 4) MS Excel, Powerpoint etc & Presentation skills                             
4) SAP PP, MM module Knowledge
