Participate in a comprehensive international training curriculum, crafted to give an understanding of the operations, processes and technologies of Bunge’s crushing, refining and packaging facilities in Bunge. Program Overview

Start in one of our facilities across the regions, learn together as a group regionally, and individually at local level in day-to-day operations, within your specialization.

The program of 18 months is composed of 3 main stages:

  1. Nourish | 3 months: Regional and plant onboarding, buddy up, settle, and prepare to grow.
  2. Grow | 9 months: Hands-on learning within the team locally, develop and deepen Bunge Business knowledge and grow through a game and group learning curriculum.
  3. Flourish | 6 months: Finalize the program with a group project and fine-tune skills of the future.

Upon successful completion, trainees will transition into a role in the Business Unit that complements both the needs of the company and the trainees' career interests and personal strengths.

What to bring

  • A Bachelor or Master working and thinking level in Engineering or relevant field (such as: Chemical, Quality, Food, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Environmental Sciences)
  • Up to 2 years previous work experience, which can be through internships or extra-curricular experience. International exposure; travel & relocation might be required
  • A good level of English language skills. Local languages may be required in some locations
  • Typically you’re Passionate, bold and driven, are known for your excellent social skills | Proactivity | Problem-solving | Growth mindset | Learning Agility | Adaptability.
